About Paul Scott and Scott Analytics

Paul Scott is the former Director of Clients at the UCLA Olympic Analytical Laboratory and a founder and the Chief Science Officer of the Agency for Cycling Ethics, Inc. For the last five years he has been at the forefront of anti-doping science.

Prior to joining the UCLA laboratory, he was a practicing patent attorney at the New York offices of Sidley, Austin, Brown and Wood where his practice was primarily in the biochemical and pharmaceutical industries.

He has served, and as part of Scott Analytics, Inc., continues to serve as a consulting expert on anti-doping, as well as other biochemical related, matters.
